Buddha’s teachings give us a swift and direct method to help us to attain the happiness that we all long for, and that is our actual nature. During this course, based on the special arrangement of meditations known as lam rim, we will learn how to connect to our potential for inner peace, love and freedom and begin our journey to a happiness we hardly knew existed.

Adrienne Weiss teaches Dharma at our New Canaan branch in Connecticut with clarity and imagination (in her other life she’s a screenwriter, director, and teacher of directing workshops). Adrienne was in particular drawn to Kadampa Buddhism when she discovered how much emphasis was placed on being joyful. Adrienne’s teachings highlight how there is not a single moment of our lives that cannot be transformed into a truly meaningful experience.
